Many customers from the UK noticed that they are getting denied making a purchase by credit card. UK is yet another country we no longer accept credit cards from. Sadly, the banks in UK are not able to provide the full information that we need in order to verify the orders. This makes us vulnerable to fraud. We could not allow this defect to persist, so we removed credit card as a method of payment from UK. UK is not the only country subject to this-India and all countries not on our shipping list are, too. This creates confusion, as customers can't tell if the country is not on the list because we don't ship there at all (as in the case of Bulgaria, for example), or because we only don't accept credit card from there (as is the case with UK). Please contact us immediately if you don't see your country on the list, and we will let you know. If shipping is available, select "other" from the country list. The "other" option is in the "o" section of the alphabetical order of countries. Afterwards, write your country in the comments section for the order so we know which country to ship to. We already will have the rest of your address, as you had written it in the fields on the order form. Finally, add 65 USD to your order for shipping. Paypal is still not available, and it is raising doubt among new customers of whether we are legit or not. As said many times, a simple research about us on, for example, google will clear your worries. Or you can request tracking numbers from us for existing customers who received their phones. And don't forget that a company that is a scam won't last 4 years like we did.
