You may have made an order, and received an email you didn't quite understand. You may have thought "these guys never told me I would be required to give additional verification after making my purchase with a credit card". Actually, you were notified, when filling out the order form. Our order form doesn't allow you to proceed until you agree to the conditions of use. The customer technically is supposed to read them, but most customers skip that part in anticipation of finishing the order as soon as possible. And that is what leads to confusion.

Now, lets get to the part about the actual verification requirement. You saw on the email there were several pieces of information required from your bank statement. It looks like this: [DATE] [STORE NAME] [COUNTRY] [AMOUNT]. As stated in the conditions of use, we CANNOT make any progress on your order until we get this information verified, regardless of whether your money has been transferred to our account or not! Here's why...

We have been scammed many times in the past. Scams impact our business heavily, causing us to lose both money and products. We will NOT take ANY chances whatsoever. If you bought from other places on the internet, you would have noticed that the website you had bought from always had some sort of secure credit card processing service, such as PayPal. Unfortunately, a website like ours can't have this, due to the fact that we sell replica merchandise, which is forbidden by PayPal's conditions of use. What this means is we have no system to protect us from potential fraud by our customers. This means that we have to manually protect ourselves. If he/she paid by credit card, a customer can still scam a company, even after his money was already transferred to the company.

Now that you understand why our company does this, we will explain how to verify this information. You can verify this to us with one of two methods:
1) You may contact your bank and simply ask which country your money went to (that is the country of our bank) They may give you the abbreviation of the country, or even the city. That is fine. Once you get it, email it to us and we will contact the factory to pack a phone for you.
2) You may email a photocopy of your ID, and you may censor any information on it that you don't want us reading.

The conditions are very simple, yet important in protecting our business. We hope that you can understand this and cooperate with us as soon as possible.
